Smash Book Page 2...

I made it to page 2 in my Smash Book.

I'm going to go with things I color for the store for this book.

I maybe will start another one after I see how this one is going.

The image is a digital image from Mo's Digital Pencil.

Her name is Georgia.

She's one of the images I colored for my Just For Fun Posts.

That reminds me I didn't have one this week.

I better work on something this weekend.

Here is page 1 and 2.

I ended up adding another image Ginger Meadows to page 1.

I just thought it need more stuff.

And since I used the Copic BG's I thought she would be perfect.

I may have to add another something to page 2.

I'm sure the whole book will be a work in progress.

I love this cute new Whimsy Stamps image by Elisabeth Bell

The pretty paper is My Minds Eye - Follow Your Heart - Be Amazing.

I love this paper line.

One side has great patterns and the other has some kind of design or saying that's

perfect for scrapbooking or albums.

I made the clouds with the template that can be down loaded  HERE

You just print it out and use it over and over.

After I got the card all made I decided I should use one of the 

new Whimsy Stamps Ticket Notes Sentiment Stamps.

I cut it out with the Whimsy Stamps Ticket Die. You could also use the new Fancy Ticket Die.

The Sentiment Set and Die are not included in the card kits.

I didn't have enough to toss them in.

So if you would like to add the sentiment to your kit you have to buy it separately.

It is a really cute sentiment set.

Tilda with Peony...

This cute water coloring card kit features Tilda with Peony.

Isn't she cute!

I love that pretty flower.

The paper is Basic Grey Kissing Booth.

I used the new Ranger Distress Markers to add deep shadows to her hair and the flower.

I haven't really had a chance other then that to play with them.

But I can see the possibilities.

I really like how I can go back with the marker and add streaks to hair with the fine tip end.

Pretty cool!

After I've played with them a bit more I'll do a video using them.

Smash Book Page 1...

I started my Smash Book!

So here is page one. 

I decided I would start with last weeks Just For Fun post coloring.

I always have a bag of left over stuff sitting on my craft area.

Like flowers I didn't use, borders I tried and hated, doily's and stuff like that.

Things that didn't make the card kit cut.

It looks a little bare to me, but I'm sure the pages will progress as I go along.

Who knows I may add some more coloring to this page.

So you may see it again.

It will be kind of fun to see how different page 1 is to page 25.

I've never done a book like this so I don't have a bunch of

cute embellishments laying around.

I'm sure I will be on the look out for cute things I can add to the pages.

I've ordered a few more Smash things that should be arriving Friday.

So keep a look out in the store if you would like to start your own.

Celebration Tilda....

How about a new Water Coloring Card Kit.

This is Celebration Tilda.

I'm also in a pink mood I guess.

This kit and the next kit uses the Basic Grey Kissing Booth Collection.

Or maybe I just wanted to use some up so I can get some new something else.

The cute butterfly punch I used can also be found in the store.

I use it a lot so thought I better get some for the store.

This week I went to my scrap pile and pulled out a scrap of orange pattern paper.

Then I went in search of an image I thought would go with the orange pattern paper.

A quick and easy card you can whip up for a special friend.

The larger doily isn't new but went with the Mini Doily Circle I picked.

The Magical Wishes Sentiment set comes with 16 different sentiments.

I picked "You're so special"

but you can easily fit: best friends, hey girly, hello princess or follow your dreams in the circle.

This sentiment set would also work great with the Copic Coloring Card Kit.

I also used the new Ranger Distress Marker: Bundled Sage to add shadows to her dress.

I need to get these out and play with them some more.

I''l be working on the online class that goes with both of these later this week.

Stamping Tilda...

I couldn't resist this limited addition Tilda when I was shopping.

This will make the perfect birthday card for a stamping friend.

The layout is pretty simple, but I wanted the die cut embossed pieces to really show up.

Along with Tilda of course.

I haven't done any embossing so I thought that would be fun.
The beautiful paper is My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline.

Then of course I had to add some Stickles Star Dust to her dress for sparkle.

I love that stuff.

Just for Fun - Alice Mae

I haven't done a Just for Fun card in a while.

I seen this cute image done up on the Pinterest Board and had to get her.

I added three brushes to the back ground before I added her and printed her.

Copic Markers Used:

*Skin: E21, E00, E000

*Cheeks: R20, R30, E000

*Lips: R05

*Hair & Eyes: E55, E53, E51, E50

*Dress: BG11, BG10

*Socks: C5, C3, C1, C00

*Apron & Shoes: C1, C00

I added the white dots in her eyes with a Sharpie White Paint Pen

&

Her freckles I added with a 0.05 Black Copic Multiliner.

I'm going to get some different sizes of these I really like it, but I need some thicker ones.

That's it pretty easy.

Just a little bit of color goes a long ways.

It's perfect for boy cards.

It was hard not to add flowers and frill's..

Tilda with Heart Balloons...

Boy is this Tilda cute or what!

Tilda with Heart Balloons is getting ready to head to a party.

I added stickles and glossy accents to the balloons.

They are really sparkly.

The beautiful paper is My Minds Eye - Miss Caroline.

I ordered some more boy type paper so I can have some more boy card kits.

I have a few cute stamps, but don't have a lot of boy paper.

I'll be adding those soon.

Maybe today the UPS man will bring boy paper...
